Clear my browser cache

It's recommended that you clear your browser cache if you're having trouble while accessing Möbius (Example — an image isn't displaying or loading correctly).

To clear your browser cache:

  1. Open a web browser of your choice that's supported by Möbius.

  1. Open the web browser's settings and navigate to the Cache section.

TIP: Alternatively, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts to access your browser's cache settings:

  • Windows — Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  • MacOS (browser other than Safari) Press Command + Shift + Delete
  • Mac (Safari) Press Command + Alt + E (using this keyboard shortcut automatically deletes your browser cache without needing to make changes in the Cache section of your browser settings)
  1. Select the Cached images and files check box (or variation of this option that's specific to your browser of choice).

  1. Change the time range to Since the beginning of time (or variation of this option that's specific to your browser of choice).

  1. Click Clear data (or variation of this button that confirms the clearing of your browser cache for your browser of choice).

  1. Reload your Möbius page.
